Privacy and account access
Patient access is granted separately for each care profile. A Patient ID never grants access.
Request account deletion
Submit a private request to the application operator. Your request starts a review; it does not immediately delete your account or stop reminders. Sign out and manage your notification preferences separately.
Shared care records and their original authorship remain protected while the operator reviews retention, other participants’ rights, and transfer of any last Admin responsibility. The operator must explain any information retained and complete the reviewed account-removal process.
